A researcher, journalist, consultant and communication manager, focused mainly on sustainability in gastronomy. Based in Prague, Czech Republic, involved in several projects dealing with the problem of food waste and possible implementations of the concept of Circular Economy in gastronomy. Currently also a PhD. student, working on the topic of sustainability in Czech restaurant sector.
